Achilles Heat® teamed up in collaboration with OK Charley’s at Brisket King NYC 2026 for Chef Nick Hancock’s “Pastranh-mi,” featuring tender brisket pastrami, hoisin-dijon bacon pâté, crisp pickled cucumber and daikon slaw, and Achilles Heat® Smoked Chili Crisp for smoky umami depth and signature crispy garlic-shallot texture. The dish went on to place Runner-Up at Brisket King NYC 2026.
