Achilles Heat® grew out of a love for creating delicious and complementary flavors, creative collaboration, and the energy of the Brooklyn Community. After years of living in Manhattan, the move to Brooklyn opened up new possibilities. Tending a garden, connecting with neighbors and fellow makers, and exploring the vibrant food scene through pop-ups and markets.

Getting a smoker was the game-changer. The first time we smoked hot peppers, a new depth of flavor was discovered. A rich, bright, and smoky sensation was created, and we hand-crafted our special blend of heat without them it overpowering. From that moment, the sauces were born. Today, Achilles Heat® continues to celebrate community, craft, and the simple joy of sharing food that brings people together.
