Smoked Pork Belly Chashu Rib Steaks

Cut from a whole pork belly with the ribs intact, cold-smoke infused and sous vide for 36 hours until tender. Served with your choice of classic BBQ sauce or sesame ginger sauce.

Pork Belly Chashu Sandwich

36-hour sous vide pork belly chashu on a warm bun with coleslaw, sesame ginger sauce, and wasabi horseradish sauce.

Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Tender, smoked pulled chicken tossed with classic BBQ sauce, served over coleslaw on a warm bun.

Jumbo BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Big, juicy, pull-apart tender smoked chicken drumsticks, available Southern BBQ-style or Buffalo-style.
