Join us at Pearl River Mart in Chelsea Market, as we ring in the Year of the Horse with live performances, food and beverages, cultural activities, and mahjong. Achilles Heat will be sampling our Award-winning Smoked Chili Crisp and sharing food and dessert pairing suggestions.

Start with ribbon and lion dancing on the main concourse, then head down to the lower level for food and beverages, mahjong playing, and cultural activities.

It will be an afternoon full of festivities:

11:30 AM to 12 PM: Ribbon dancing from the New York Chinese Cultural Center on the main concourse in front of Pearl River Mart

12 to 12:30 PM: Lion dancing from the Wan Chi Ming Hung Gar lion and dragon dance team which will begin on the main concourse in front of Pearl River Mart and continue downstairs to Pearl River Mart Foods

1 to 5 PM: Food and drink will be available for purchase from Pearl River Mart Foods vendors Mao's Bao, Kimbap Lab, Tea & Milk, and Maxi's Noodle, and event partner Dickson's. Tasting station by Achilles Heat Smoked Chili Crisp. Activities include mahjong lessons, red envelope and chopstick activities with Sylvia Chen (author of Sparkles for Sunny and Tricky Chopsticks), personalized calendar readings from Chinese metaphysics practitioner Julie Huang (creator of the Glow Up Golden calendar), and more!
