Achilles Heat® is proud to return to Rib King NYC on May 23 at Industry City in Brooklyn.

Presented by Food Karma Projects and NYC BBQ, Rib King brings together more than 20 chefs and pitmasters competing for the Rib King crown, serving up all inclusive tastings of ribs alongside craft beer, wine, spirits, and more.

Achilles Heat® will be on site sharing samples of our smoked hot sauces and our award winning Achilles Heat® Smoked Chili Crisp, named Best New Sauce at Sauce King NYC 2025. Our Smoked Chili Crisp was also used by Smoke Sweats in 2025, helping earn a Rib King NYC Runner Up finish and the Brisket King NYC Grand Champion title.

From low and slow classics to bold global flavors, Rib King is a celebration of smoke, fire, and serious competition. We are honored to bring the heat back to one of NYC’s most anticipated BBQ events of the year.
