Achilles Heat × Better than Porridge at Sake Day Brooklyn
Fall pop-up season continues at Sake Day Brooklyn, and we’re excited to be joining the celebration at Brooklyn Kura in Industry City.
For this special evening, Achilles Heat is collaborating with Better than Porridge on a menu of savory, tasty food pairings featuring our smoked chili crisp and hot sauces. The dishes are being created with the evening in mind, bringing plenty of smoke, savory flavor and just the right amount of heat to enjoy alongside the wide range of sake being poured throughout the event.
Sake Day Brooklyn brings together more than 50 breweries on a single ticket, spanning iconic Japanese producers and sake brewed right here in New York State. The pour list changes at 7 PM, plus there will be brewery tours, a DJ, raffles and more throughout the night.
In addition to the food collaboration, we’ll be pouring samples of a mini-lineup of Achilles Heat smoked hot sauces and our award-winning Smoked Chili Crisp. Find a favorite? We’ll have a selection of bottles and jars available to purchase and take home.
