Hand-sliced Gaspé Nova and cream cheese on a double-toasted bialy, layered with pickled cucumber salad, fresh jalapeño, cilantro, red onion and a generous spoonful of Award-winning Achilles Heat® Smoked Chili Crisp. Rich, fresh, bright and savory, with the signature crispy crunch and smoke-forward chili crisp adding layered umami to an Old World classic.
