The Brooklyn Taco Takedown returns to Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club for an afternoon of tacos, competition, and community. Hosted by Matt Timms of The Takedowns and NYC Hot Sauce Expo judge, this high energy taco competition showcases home cooks and food enthusiasts going head-to-head, serving up their best creations. Guests can enjoy unlimited samples and vote for their favorites.
This year, Achilles Heat will be hosting a Hot Sauce Alley, showcasing a curated selection of local artisanal sauces available to sample, with bottles available to take home.
The founder of Achilles Heat will also be joining the judging panel, tasting alongside fellow judges to help crown this year’s winners.
Come eat, drink, vote, and get in a few rounds of shuffleboard while you’re at it.
